Zoom Connect Guide

Interstride is committed to making sure all Students and Universities have the best experience. With Zoom integration you can automatically create meetings in your zoom accounts and Zoom join link will be shared with Students.

Here are the basic steps to connect your Zoom account in Book Appointment (Schedule) feature for Interstride Admin portal.

• Access Admin portal with your edu email address
• Click on Schedule option to view book appointment feature
• Click on Setting page from top right options.
• You will see options for “Zoom Meeting” for What is your meeting location?
• Connect your “Zoom” account with Interstride for seamless user experience

How to Disconnect Zoom on Book Appointment (Schedule)?

– From your admin portal account, go back to Schedule feature. Go to Setting page and you will see option of Disconnect Zoom for Zoom meeting if you have already connected your Zoom account.

How to uninstall Interstride app from Zoom account?

• Log into your Zoom account and navigate to Zoom App Marketplace.
• Click “Manage”, then “Added Apps”. Alternatively, you can search for “Interstride”.
• Click the Interstride app.
• Click “Remove”.
