Shawn is the President and CEO of the National Association of Colleges + Employers (NACE), the foremost source of information on the transition from college to career. As a leading voice on the employment of the college goers and advocate for successful career outcomes for all learners, Shawn is featured regularly as an industry expert on a range of topics, including gen z, internships, hiring, skills, career readiness, trends in the workforce, and college job market. He previously served as a chief human resources officer and held earlier roles in corporate recruiting management, and in university student enrollment.
