Natalie Chan is an Associate Director at the Foster School of Business Career Services at the University of Washington - Seattle. She provides career coaching and career development opportunities for Specialized Masters students who are studying Information Systems, Supply Chain and Entrepreneurship. Prior to working in higher education, Natalie worked in the Logistics department at General Mills, while also doing counseling and advocacy work at community mental health organizations in Minneapolis. When working with students, especially international students, she is passionate about learning in-depth about the students’ personality and aspirations, understanding their journey, and summarizing their strengths which the students can use in their future careers.
Natalie attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business focused on Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management. She also has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from the College of Education & Human Development.
